If you think you need to be harder on yourself to get your desired results, I can’t wait to change your mind.

If you want to make changes without having to climb Should Mountain, keep reading.

Because you couldn’t care less about what you “should” be doing.

So what do you care about?

…creating and following through on healthy boundaries with yourself and others so you can be who you want to be and live the life you want to live.

…your body and mind carrying you as you age with strength, energy, and grace.

…spending your life talking about joy and fun and once-in-a-lifetime adventures - not your latest aches, pains, and regrets.

…finally getting up every day and actually being good to yourself without shaming yourself into it.

That’s why you don’t want to work with someone who looks at you like something that needs to be fixed.

I see you as a beautiful whole person who is already enough - just as you are.

Because growth and change happens more organically when you learn the skills to see yourself as worthy of your own care.

I am a Body and Boundaries Mentor who specializes in helping my clients learn these very skills by building your toolkit for growth. Believe it or not, worthiness is absolutely a learned practice. And it begins with reflecting on hard questions like…

What life do you want to create?

Are you ready to feel at home inside your body?

What does fun even look like?

I’ve seen time and time again that worthiness is a learned practice. This is a safe place to continue practicing and standing in your worthiness. I am not here to make you feel like sh*t about your body.

Join me in rewriting YOUR body story, fortifying your boundaries, and embarking on the next phase of your life with grace, strength, and the very youest you possible.

My superpower is showing you the right way forward for YOU and no one else. The phrase I hear most from clients is, “Wow! I never would have seen it that way. THAT makes all the difference.”

With me, you’ll learn to understand yourself and your body better so you can move and live the way you were made to.

I don’t pressure you into making lifestyle changes, and I don’t believe in one strategy for all. And that makes all the difference.

This is the place where:

Curiosity, kindness, and grace lead the way.

All parts of you are welcome.

You’ll realize (if you haven’t already) that you aren’t broken.

You can have fun AND make progress.

Want a sneak peak of my body story?

It was completely different than it is today...

For most of my life I existed in “striving” mode; constantly struggling and making great efforts to achieve things to prove my worth.

I even did this with my body. I went from the chubby kid to the thin girl to the ripped trainer.

I thought that maybe if I transformed my body in just the right way - (not too chubby, not too thin, not too ripped - then maybe I could love it).

Maybe my body would be worthy of love.

Thanks to some big life transitions and healthy relationships, I eventually realized loving my body and feeling worthy wasn't  a destination. And it certainly wasn't one I would find through all the constant striving or achieving or external validation.

It could only be found by digging deeper.

And deeper.

And then a little deeper still.

Understanding my body and my personal history helped me build confidence in my body.

I realized it had its own innate intelligence that I could rely on.

And equally as important? It also helped my body build confidence in me.

My body could trust that I would listen to it and not override what it was trying to tell me.

Now, my story is that my body and I are in this together.

My body and health aren’t “perfect” and I’m not “fully healed” - because that is entirely impossible.

But now the wisdom my body and I fought so hard to gain helps others change their relationship with their bodies and themselves.

Now I get to hear the most wonderful stories from people months and years later - how they feel more at home in their bodies and confidently create and maintain boundaries that support them. They are more capable, confident, active, and adventurous than they were before.
